What Is QuikRSVP? Features, Pricing and Who It's For

The phone on the rightbelow is a live, working QuikRSVP form: tap the invite exactly as a guest would.

The RSVP builder is event-neutral: there is no event type to pick and nothing locks a form to weddings. Hosts use it for:

• Weddings, which also get a wedding website, a cash gift registry and a seating chart
• Birthdays, showers and parties
• Bar and bat mitzvahs and other family celebrations
• Corporate events and galas, using dedicated corporate forms that collect company, job title, department and per-guest details
• Ticketed events and fundraisers, with payments taken through Stripe
• Community events

Where it is strongest: multilingual and international guest lists. One form and one link serve every language, and right-to-left languages get a genuinely mirrored layout. It also suits guest lists that are easier to reach on WhatsApp than by email, and events where whole households reply together. On QuikRSVP's own platform, 91.5% of replies are submitted on a phone (RSVP statistics), so the guest side is built for mobile first.

Forms and questions

• Unlimited custom questions on every plan, free included. Types: short answer, long answer, dropdown, single choice, checkboxes, link, and information message (text with no answer).
• Built-in questions for meal and dietary needs, relationship to the host, phone and email.
• Show-if logic: a question can appear only when a guest picks a given answer on a dropdown, single-choice or checkbox question, or only to guests who are (or aren't) attending.
• Questions can be asked once per party or separately for each guest. Choice questions accept per-guest quantities ("2 chicken, 1 fish"), and the form can collect each guest's name.
• Editable Yes / No / Maybe wording, with Maybe optional. One wording set per form, translated into each language.
• Up to five event parts (for example ceremony, reception and brunch), each with its own RSVP and an optional limit.

Design

All design options are free on every plan.

• A header photo you upload and crop, or one of 27 images from a built-in gallery.
• Colour from 10 curated swatches, colours extracted automatically from your photo, or any custom colour.
• 11 title fonts, plus an optional opening line and header line.
• An envelope-opening animation: 12 envelope papers or a custom colour, a wax-seal monogram in any colour or gold/silver metallic, a different card image for each language, two lines of envelope text with their own font, and each guest's name on the envelope.
• Google Maps and Waze buttons, add-to-calendar, and links to social profiles, a registry or a website.
• A custom link such as quikrsvp.com/sarah-and-david, on every plan. It goes live once the host's email is verified.

Languages

• AI translation of the whole form into any of 70+ languages. Each guest sees their own language and can switch with a toggle; all languages share one form and one link.
• Right-to-left layout mirroring for Hebrew, Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, Pashto and Yiddish.
• 30 languages ship with a fully translated guest form out of the box.
• The website and builder themselves are fully native in 7 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hebrew and Arabic.
• The free plan includes one translation language (any of the 70+). Unlimited languages come with a paid plan.

Sending and reminders

• Sharing your own link and QR code is free and unlimited.
• Bulk sending by WhatsApp, SMS and email from the dashboard works on every plan, free included. It costs 1 credit per guest per send. Every account gets 25 one-time welcome credits; Event Pro includes 150 and Signature 300.
• Messages sent from the dashboard give each guest a tracked link. Hosts can also send free per-guest "personal links" from their own WhatsApp or email.
• Manual bulk reminders, scheduled sends and automatic reminders (for example to guests who haven't replied, at times set relative to the event) work on every plan.
• US numbers fall back to SMS automatically where WhatsApp marketing messages are restricted.

Guest list and replies

• A live reply dashboard on every plan.
• A reply is one household's submission, with everyone in the party recorded inside it. The measured average is 1.95 guests per reply.
• Replies that arrive after a form's cap are still saved, never turned away. They become visible when the form is upgraded.
• Guest lists can be imported from Excel.
• Guests can edit their own reply after submitting.
• On Event Pro and above: an invite-only guest list with per-invitation guest allowances, an automatic waitlist, view-only links for others, and CSV export.

Day-of: seating and check-in

• Seating chart (Signature): drag-and-drop tables; keep-together and keep-apart rules; auto-assign by relationship, tags, random, sequential or round-robin; parties kept together; capacity warnings; each guest's meal choice shown; CSV export and print.
• Check-in: a Master QR self-check-in sign on Event Pro and above, and per-guest QR codes with a mobile host scanner on Signature.

Extras

• Wedding website: 7 templates and up to 3 extra languages. $30 on its own, or included with Signature.
• Cash gift registry: guests see amounts in their own currency and are charged in US dollars; the couple is paid out in their own Stripe account's currency. Gifts range from $10 to $10,000 each and are paid out about 7 days after they arrive (a security hold). The fee is 2.5% plus Stripe's fee.
• Guest photo album: guests scan a QR code and add photos from their phone, with no app or account. A free album is included on every plan; a paid Full Album keeps every photo and adds short guest videos.
• Ticketing and fundraising: ticketed events with Stripe payments on a standalone public event page. Ticketed events are never reply-capped.

Paid plans are a one-time charge per form, not a subscription. You pay only for the form that needs more, and there is nothing to cancel.

Add-ons

• Extra replies: +50 for $10, or +100 for $18, added to a form.
• Messaging credit packs: 50 credits for $8, 150 for $20, 500 for $60, 1,000 for $100.
• Wedding website: $30 on its own (included with Signature).
• Gift registry: 2.5% plus Stripe's fee per gift.

Separate subscription plans exist for organisations running many events as a team and for professional event planners. The pricing, credits and discounts page covers these and the real ways to pay less.

• Payments are processed by Stripe, for plan purchases, gift contributions and tickets.
• Hosts verify their email address before QuikRSVP sends anything for them. Messages sent through the platform, and a form's custom link, wait until the host's email is verified. This exists to stop the platform being used for unsolicited messages.
• Form links don't expire. A link or QR code shared months ahead still works on the day.
• Guests need no account. They open the link and answer.
• Data handling, per the privacy policy: data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest; guest lists are never sold or rented; guests are never sent promotions on behalf of a third party; EU and EEA residents have the rights set out under GDPR. Event data is kept for two years after the event date unless the host deletes it sooner.
• No public promo codes. QuikRSVP runs no coupon-code campaigns, so "QuikRSVP discount codes" listed on coupon sites are not real.

• Printed stationery. It is digital-only.
• A vendor marketplace. There is no venue or supplier directory.
• A template catalogue for the form. The form is designed from your photo, colour, fonts and the envelope animation. (The wedding website has 7 templates.)
• Survey-style branching. Logic is one level of show-if, with no multi-page branching or scoring.
• Google Sheets sync. Replies export as CSV on paid plans.
