QuikRSVP Pricing, Message Credits & Promo Codes, Explained

What the free plan actually includes, how message credits are counted, whether a QuikRSVP promotion code exists, and the three real ways to pay less. No fine print buried at the bottom.

Quick answer: QuikRSVP's free plan is permanently free — 3 active forms, 25 responses per form, one AI translation language, no credit card. Paid plans are one-time per form, not a subscription: $35 for Event Pro, $75 for Event Pro Signature. Message credits are separate and only needed if you want QuikRSVP to send invitations or reminders in bulk for you: 1 credit = 1 message to 1 person, 25 free on every new account, extra credits from $8. There is no public promo code — but there are three genuine ways to pay less, and they're all below.

Pricing pages are usually written to make a product sound cheap. This one is written to make it predictable, because the questions we actually get asked are "what will this cost me in total?" and "am I about to be charged again next month?"

Short version on that second one: no. For a couple or an individual host there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.

01

What Each Plan Costs

Paid plans are charged once, per form. If you run one wedding, you pay once. If you run another event next year, that's a separate form and a separate one-time charge — but nothing is billing you in between.

Plan Price Responses Included credits
Free $0 — no credit card 25 per form, 3 active forms 25 once, at signup
Event Pro $35 per form, one-time Up to 150 50
Event Pro Signature $75 per form, one-time Up to 1,000 150
Corporate $349/month For organisations running events as a team

Event Pro adds unlimited AI translations, a custom form URL, invite-only guest lists with per-invitation guest allowances, a self-check-in QR code, an automatic waitlist with host alerts, viewer links and CSV export.

Event Pro Signature adds everything in Event Pro plus a drag-and-drop seating chart, per-guest QR codes with a mobile host check-in scanner, the envelope opening animation, and a free wedding website — which is a $30 product on its own.

02

What You Get Without Paying Anything

The free plan is not a trial. It doesn't expire and it doesn't ask for a card.

  • 3 active forms at a time
  • 25 responses per form
  • One AI translation language, your choice from 70+
  • 25 message credits, granted once when you create the account
  • Unlimited sharing of your own form link and QR code

That last point is the one people miss. Sharing the form yourself — pasting the link into your own WhatsApp group, printing the QR on a card, putting it on a website — is free and unlimited forever. Credits only come into it when you want QuikRSVP to do the sending for you, in bulk, with tracking.

For a small event where you're happy to send the link yourself, the free plan genuinely finishes the job. The free RSVP link guide walks through that route end to end.

03

How Message Credits Work

The rule is deliberately simple:

1 credit = 1 message to 1 person.

That rate is the same on every plan and every channel. A WhatsApp message costs 1 credit. An SMS costs 1 credit. An email costs 1 credit. Sending one invitation to 80 guests costs 80 credits; sending a reminder later to the 30 who haven't answered costs 30 more.

Credits live in your account balance, not on a single form, so credits bundled with one event can be spent on another. They don't expire.

Three details that save people money, and that we'd rather you knew up front:

  • The first test send on any message is free, on every channel including SMS and WhatsApp. Only further phone tests of that same message cost 1 credit each. Email tests are always free.
  • On ticketed events, email reminders cost nothing at all. Credits are charged only for the SMS or WhatsApp copy. An attendee who gets both an email and a WhatsApp costs 1 credit; an email-only attendee costs 0.
  • Nothing is charged for receiving replies. Responses, edits and guest messages back to you are free regardless of volume.

On a regular RSVP form (as opposed to a ticketed event), every recipient of a bulk send costs 1 credit whichever channel it goes on, email included.

04

What Credits Cost

Credit packs start at $8. Larger packs bring the per-message price down.

You don't have to work out the best combination yourself: when you type in the number of credits you want, the purchase screen calculates the cheapest combination of packs to reach it, rather than stacking the largest one. If you need 220 credits, it will find the cheapest route to 220 rather than selling you 300.

A rough sense of what a real wedding uses: for 100 guests, one invitation plus one reminder to the third who haven't replied is around 130 credits. Event Pro's bundled 50 and Signature's 150 are sized against exactly that pattern, which is why Signature usually covers a wedding outright.

05

Is There a QuikRSVP Promotion Code?

No — there is no public QuikRSVP promo code, and we don't run seasonal code campaigns.

We're stating that plainly because coupon aggregator sites list "QuikRSVP discount codes" that do not exist. If you find one of those pages, the codes on it are invented. Nothing will be applied at checkout and you haven't missed a deal.

The reason is simply that the pricing is already the discounted version: one-time charges rather than a subscription, and a free tier that completes a small event without payment. There is no inflated list price for a code to knock down.

What does exist is below, and all three are real.

06

Three Real Ways to Pay Less

1. Use the free plan properly

If your event is under 25 responses, or you're happy to share the link yourself, the free plan is the whole answer. Three active forms means you can run a shower, a rehearsal dinner and a small party simultaneously without paying. This is the biggest saving available and it needs no code.

2. The $5 feedback coupon

After your event we email you a $5 coupon in exchange for telling us how it went. Worth knowing about how it actually works:

  • It's for honest feedback of any kind, not just praise. If you tell us something went wrong, you still get the coupon — that was a bug on our side once and it's fixed.
  • Valid for 90 days.
  • Transferable — if your event is over and you won't use it, you can pass it to someone who will.
  • One per event.

If you were sent one and can't find the code, contact us and we'll reissue it; you don't need to submit another review.

3. Upgrade rather than re-buy

This is the one that saves the most money and is the easiest to get wrong. If you already bought Event Pro ($35) on a form and later want Signature, that form pays only the step-up — $40, not another $75. And if you already hold a paid wedding website that isn't linked to a form, upgrading is $10, because the $30 you paid for the site is credited.

There's a cheaper option again if all you need is headroom. On Event Pro and about to run past 150 responses? An overflow pack adds +50 responses for $10, or +100 for $18 — usually the right answer when you don't want the rest of the Signature bundle.

So the expensive mistake is buying a second form when you meant to upgrade the first. If in doubt, open the upgrade window on the existing form and read the price it quotes you — it does this arithmetic for you.

One more, but only if it genuinely applies: professional planners running events continuously can subscribe to the event planner plan, which discounts every event they create and puts their own branding on forms, websites and client dashboards. It only pays for itself at real volume, so it's the wrong answer for a couple planning one wedding — we'd rather say so than sell you a subscription you won't use.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do QuikRSVP messaging credits work?

One credit sends one message to one person, at the same rate on every plan and every channel. Every new account gets 25 free credits, once. Event Pro includes 50 and Signature includes 150. Extra credits start at $8, and the purchase screen finds the cheapest combination of packs for the number you need. Credits are only for bulk sending from inside QuikRSVP — sharing your own link or QR code is always free.

Is there a QuikRSVP promotion code?

No public promo code exists and we run no seasonal code campaigns, so codes listed on coupon sites are not real. The three genuine ways to pay less are the permanently free plan, the $5 feedback coupon emailed after your event, and paying only the difference when upgrading an existing Event Pro form to Signature.

Does QuikRSVP charge monthly?

Not for couples or individual hosts — paid plans are one-time per form, with no recurring billing and nothing to cancel. Only the Corporate plan ($349/month) and the event planner plan are subscriptions.

Do credits expire?

No. They sit in your account balance and are shared across your forms. The 25 free signup credits are a one-time grant per account and aren't repeated.

Do I need credits just to collect RSVPs?

No. Collecting responses is unlimited up to your plan's response cap, and costs no credits at all. Credits are purely for sending invitations and reminders in bulk.

What happens if I hit my response limit?

Guests can always keep responding — the form is never closed to them, and every answer is saved. You just can't see the ones past your cap until you raise it. The stat reads "25 of 54" so you can see the true total. Raise it by upgrading the form, or, if you're on Event Pro and only need a little headroom, with an overflow pack (+50 responses for $10, +100 for $18). Responses you brought in through Import don't count toward the cap at all.

Is the wedding website included?

It's included free with Event Pro Signature, or $30 on its own. The site stays live for two years, then $5/year after that.
