Before you subscribe

Does this replace my planning software?

No. Keep whatever you use for contracts, proposals, budgets and vendors. QuikRSVP runs the guest layer: the RSVP, invitations and reminders, seating, check-in and the event website, plus a calendar of every wedding day and RSVP deadline.

What does it cost in a quiet month?

$30. The subscription is the only fixed cost. Events are bought one at a time as you create them, with no cap on how many run at once, so January costs a fraction of May.

Can I bill my clients for their own event?

Yes, in either direction. Pay for the event yourself and re-bill it from the itemised ledger, which downloads as CSV. Or hand the couple their own event and let them pay directly.

Do guests see my branding or yours?

Both, in that order. Your logo, studio name and contact details appear on the RSVP form, the event website and the client's dashboard as “Planned by [your studio]”. A small “Powered by QuikRSVP” line stays underneath. This is co-branding, not white-labelling.

Can I reuse a setup from the last wedding?

Yes. Save any event as a template: the form, its questions, and the messages with their reminder schedule. A new client starts from it with the messages as drafts and no guests attached, so nothing sends by accident.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account. Events you have already paid for keep running to their date; cancelling only stops the planner discount on future events.
