By accessing or using QuikRSVP ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
QuikRSVP provides event RSVP management, gift registry services, and guest communication tools. These Terms govern your use of all features including the RSVP form builder, guest dashboard, gift registry, and bulk messaging campaigns.
QuikRSVP allows you to create customizable RSVP forms for weddings and events, collect guest responses, manage guest lists, and track attendance.
Our gift registry feature enables you to create a registry of desired gifts or cash funds. Guests can contribute to your registry using credit/debit cards. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe").
By using the gift registry feature, you agree to:
Our bulk messaging feature allows you to send event invitations and reminders via email, WhatsApp, and SMS. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent from recipients and comply with applicable anti-spam laws.
By using the SMS messaging feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
Gift contributions are processed by Stripe. QuikRSVP does not store credit card information. Funds are transferred to your connected bank account according to Stripe's payout schedule (typically 2-7 business days).
QuikRSVP may charge a platform fee on gift contributions. Current fees are displayed before you enable the registry feature. Stripe's standard processing fees also apply.
Gift contributions are generally non-refundable once processed. In cases of fraud or error, refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Chargebacks initiated by contributors will result in the disputed amount being deducted from your account.
As a registry owner, you agree to:
QuikRSVP Corporate is a monthly subscription plan for organizations ("Organization") that lets teams manage events together, share dashboards, use shared contacts, and send branded email campaigns. These terms apply in addition to the rest of these Terms of Service.
If QuikRSVP Corporate isn't right for you, email support within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically return to your card within 5–10 business days. The guarantee applies to the first month's subscription fee only, not to separately purchased credits or other add-ons.
When you cancel your Corporate subscription, access to your Organization does not end immediately. Instead:
You can reactivate your subscription at any time during the first 90 days after cancellation and all events, contacts, responses, and team settings will be restored as they were.
When you send email campaigns through QuikRSVP, you warrant and agree that:
To protect the deliverability of the entire QuikRSVP platform, we monitor per-Organization bounce, spam-complaint, and unsubscribe rates. If your Organization's metrics exceed industry safety thresholds (including but not limited to a spam-complaint rate over 0.3% or a bounce rate over 5%), we may immediately suspend your email sending, ask you to provide proof of consent, or terminate the Corporate subscription without a refund. Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban.
You may optionally connect a Google account so that QuikRSVP can send campaign emails from your address via the Gmail API. By connecting your Google account, you agree that:
gmail.send scope plus basic profile info (email address, name). We do not read your inbox.
If you don't connect a Google account, campaign emails are sent from a dedicated QuikRSVP
subdomain (events.quikrsvp.com) with your Organization's name as the "From" name.
Replies go to the reply-to address configured in your Organization's settings (or the Primary
Admin's email if not configured).
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through QuikRSVP (forms, responses, contacts, campaign content). By using the service, you grant QuikRSVP a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit, and display that data solely to provide the service to you and your Organization's members.

QuikRSVP and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuikRSVP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, text, etc.) but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute this content as necessary to provide the Service.
Our Service integrates with third-party services. A full list of subprocessors we use to operate the Corporate plan is in Section 5.10. Other third-party integrations include:
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing by Stripe or message delivery by third-party providers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIKRSVP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuikRSVP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Alternatively, at QuikRSVP's sole option, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If you are using the Service from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
