QuikRSVP for organizations

Every event your
organization runs.
In every language
your guests read.

One workspace for every event on your calendar — with real team roles, read-only dashboards you can hand to a board or a client, and RSVP forms that translate into 70+ languages. Hebrew and Arabic laid out right-to-left, properly, not bolted on.

Real dashboard, example data. No sign-up.

70+ Languages, translated by AI on your forms — including right-to-left scripts.
15 Team seats included, across three real permission levels.
$349 Per month, per organization. No per-event fee, no response cap, no setup fee.
01 — The difference

Most event tools speak one language.
Yours speaks seventy.

Turn on multilingual mode and AI translates every field, button, error message and confirmation on your RSVP form. Guests either pick their language from a switcher, or the form opens directly in one language if you would rather keep it simple. You review and edit every translation before a single invitation goes out.

You’re invited אתם מוזמנים أنتم مدعوون Están invitados ご招待いたします Vous êtes invités 诚邀您出席 आप आमंत्रित हैं شما دعوت شده‌اید and roughly sixty more

“Multilingual” usually means one of three lesser things.

Platforms that market themselves on languages tend to offer a handful of them (three, in one case that advertises heavily on Arabic), or thirty-odd piped through raw machine translation, or unlimited languages on the condition that you supply the translations.

Ours Translated by frontier AI models into all 70+, with your edits on top of every string.

Then there is right-to-left, which is where most of them stop.

Translating strings is easy. Mirroring the entire form — labels, radio buttons, date fields, validation messages, the submit button, the confirmation screen — is not. For a summit in Tel Aviv or Dubai, a form that reads left-to-right with Hebrew words in it is worse than no translation at all.

Ours Mirrors properly, end to end.
02 — The workspace

One account. Every event.
Everyone who needs to see it.

Every event on one screen

All your organization's events and responses in a single dashboard. Filter, sort, and drill into any one of them without switching accounts or hunting for the right login.

Roles, not shared passwords

Add up to fifteen teammates at three real permission levels. Nobody has to share a login, and nobody who only needs to look at numbers gets the ability to change them.

Live numbers, no login

Generate a token-protected, read-only link to any response dashboard and send it to a board, a client, a venue or a caterer. They see live headcount. They never see an account screen. Revoke it whenever you like.

Cross-event analytics

Aggregate response data across every event. Compare attendance, track trends, export clean reports.

Email campaigns

Invitations, reminders and follow-ups to attendees across events, sent from one place.

Contacts CRM

A shared contact book with tagging and CSV import, so last year's guest list is already there.

Approvals & waitlists

Require approval before an RSVP counts, and let capacity overflow into an automatic waitlist.

Event templates

Clone any event into a template so recurring formats stay consistent across the team.

Your brand, and a public page

Your logo and colours across dashboard, emails and forms — plus a public listing at quikrsvp.com/events/your-org.

03 — Who runs on it

Teams whose calendar
never really empties.

i

International summits & conferences

A guest list spread across half a dozen languages, complex RSVP flows, and sponsors who want live headcount on demand. Also where most event marketing teams land — launches, customer dinners, partner off-sites.

ii

Universities & schools

Admissions events, alumni reunions, donor dinners and open days — often several a week in term time. Multilingual forms handle international applicants and their families without a separate build.

iii

Nonprofits, chambers & congregations

Fundraisers, galas, member evenings and community events. Share a read-only dashboard with your board instead of granting logins — and run Hebrew, Arabic or Spanish alongside English when your community needs it.

iv

HR & people teams

All-hands, training days, off-sites, retirements and holiday parties. Small events individually, constant in aggregate, and currently living in about nine different spreadsheets.

Running 50+ events a month, or need SSO, a custom domain, or an annual invoice against a PO? Let’s talk.

05 — Straight answers

What Corporate
doesn’t do yet.

You will find this out in week one anyway. Better you find it out now, and tell us if any of it is a dealbreaker.

WhatsApp campaigns

Corporate accounts send by email. WhatsApp sending works today on individual Event Pro forms, and a corporate version with dedicated business numbers is on the roadmap.

Custom domains

Your public events page lives at quikrsvp.com/events/your-org. Mapping your own domain to it is on the roadmap — tell us if you need it and we will weight it accordingly.

SSO / SAML

Teammates sign in with email. If your IT department requires single sign-on, write to us before you buy rather than after — it is a conversation, not a checkbox.

06 — Questions

Answered plainly.

Can I cancel anytime, and what happens to my data?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks — your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. No contract, no cancellation fee.

Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation, which is plenty of time to export responses, contacts and event history. Events already in progress keep accepting RSVPs for 30 days after you cancel, so you never strand a guest mid-invitation. Resubscribe any time within 90 days and you pick up exactly where you left off.

Is there a free trial?

No — Corporate is a paid plan from day one, and you do need payment details to start. What you get instead is a 30-day money-back guarantee: use the entire product for a month, and if it isn't right, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full.

How do email credits work?

Your plan includes 500 email credits a month. One credit sends one email invitation or reminder. Credits don't roll over.

If you need more, credit packs start at 50 for $8 and run up to 1000 for $100. The same packs work across both corporate and individual forms, so nothing is stranded in the wrong bucket.

What's the difference between Admin, Editor and Viewer?

Admins can do everything, including billing and inviting teammates. Editors create and manage events and approve RSVPs, but can't touch organization settings or billing. Viewers see every dashboard and every response but can't change anything — which is exactly what you want for a stakeholder who needs visibility and nothing more.

What's a viewer link?

A token-protected URL that shows a read-only version of your response dashboard. Share it with your board, a client, a venue or a caterer who needs live numbers without a QuikRSVP account. Revoke it at any time.

Can I move my existing Event Pro forms into an organization?

Yes. Create an organization and assign your existing Event Pro forms to it. Every response and all historical data stays intact — the forms simply move from individual ownership to shared team ownership.

Does it connect to our CRM?

Yes, through Zapier. Mint an API key in your dashboard (Settings → Integrations) and our Zapier app gives you two triggers — New Registrant and New Ticket Purchase — which you can wire into Salesforce, HubSpot, Bloomerang, Neon, DonorPerfect, Google Sheets, or anything else Zapier reaches.

Every custom question on your form comes through as its own field, so a registrant can land in your CRM as a full constituent record rather than a name and an email. We deliberately didn’t build a single native connector — the nonprofit CRM world is too fragmented for that to be fair to anyone not on Salesforce.

Ask us for an invite to the Zapier app and we’ll set the first Zap up with you.

Where is my data stored?

QuikRSVP runs on Google Cloud Firestore for data and Stripe for payments. Your data stays yours — export it as CSV any time, and we'll delete it permanently on request.

Your next event is already
somewhere in a spreadsheet.

Move it somewhere your whole team can see it — in every language your guests read.
