Let guests pay more than the ticket price

Ticket prices become a minimum. Extra amounts are recorded as a separate donation, not as ticket revenue.

Guests cover fees

On: fees are added as a separate line at checkout, so guests see them before paying (usually 6 to 9% on top, more on low-priced tickets), and you receive the full ticket price.
Off: fees come out of your payout: 3% per ticket (min. 50¢) plus card processing at actual cost, never more than 4.4% + 30¢.

Refund policy Shown to buyers above the buy button. You can refund an order yourself from the Event Dashboard; the card processing fee and platform fee come off any refund.

Buyer contact email Shown on every receipt so buyers can reach you about refunds or changes. Replies to ticket emails come here too.
